Medical Scribe - Temporary

Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. is looking to hire a part-time temporary Medical Scribe to join our OB/GYN team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working closely with providers in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe patient appointments and document patient visits
• Work directly with the OB/GYN provider to support patient care and clinical workflow
• Assist with diagnostic tests, referrals, prescriptions, and patient paperwork
• Review lab results and return patient calls as directed
• Maintain accurate and complete patient charts and EMR documentation
• Assist the provider with clinical and administrative support
• Participate in daily huddles and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements:

• Medical Scribe experience preferred
• Medical office or OB/GYN experience preferred
• Strong computer and EMR skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and pleasant manner with patients and staff
