The Equipping Director is expected to be a Gospel-rooted and relational leader that meets the biblical qualifications of an elder; taking the initiative to see where the requirements of our denomination and our desire for Gospel transformation that flows to multiplication intersect to create pathways for development in our new and current official workers. • Assist in church/worker crisis, using Alliance Peacemaking, as assigned

  • Participate in our district’s communications effort; writing stories, missions engagement, and district conference
