Our new and contemporary hotel, Hyatt House RDU Brier Creek, has openings in our Food and beverage department for an energetic and dynamic Bartender.

✓Make and serve drinks
✓Cleaning of tables and bar area
✓Maintain storage room where alcohol is kept and keep inventory levels
✓Restock items when necessary
✓Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar & bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
✓Display knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
✓Be knowledgeable of hotel property and amenities
✓Previous bartending or training required
✓Must be 21 years of age
✓Be self motivated and able to work independently
✓Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
✓Knowledge of the Micros operating system a plus
✓Have working knowledge of beer, wine & liquor and common drink recipes
✓Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 40lbs
✓Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
✓Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must
✓Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills
