As an Evening (PM) Server at Il Falo Wood Fired Kitchen, you will create memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service and high-quality food presentation in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

• →Provide outstanding, attentive guest service from greeting to check presentation
• →Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• →Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness
• →Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout service
• →Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• →Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience

• Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle guest feedback professionally
• Basic knowledge of POS systems (Micros preferred)
• Experience with OpenTable is a plus
• ServSafe certification is a plus
• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
