Now, we’re looking for a System Engineer to join the IT Workspace-team of CM.com!
Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a System Engineer, you will be the person colleagues count on when something goes wrong. And you are the engineer who makes sure things go right in the first place. You'll resolve internal IT incidents, take ownership of changes from preparation through to communication. This is not a pure support role. Yes, you’ll help colleagues when needed, but you’ll also improve the environment behind the scenes, automate repetitive work, contribute to projects and help shape how IT Workspace develops at CM.com.
Your work spans the full width of our stack: device and application management across Windows and Apple, Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management, office networking, server maintenance and Nextcloud (near future). No two weeks look the same, and there's real room to grow technically in every direction.
We're a close-knit team of five people based in our Breda office, and we're the operational backbone of CM's entire digital environment. Every day, 650 colleagues across all CM offices worldwide rely on us. Whether they're jumping on a call, accessing their files, or simply logging in. When we do our job well, the whole organization feels it.
A degree in Informatica, ICT, System & Network Engineering or a similar education
Experience in building and managing systems, IT Infrastructure, IT support, and more
Communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, a continuous improvement mentality and you work accurately and stay proactive
Experience in any of the following technologies: Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Netskope (VPN), Firewall & Switch management, Wi-Fi management, DNS / DHCP, RADIUS, and Nextcloud.
Fluency in Dutch and English
Residency near our HQ in Breda. You’ll work from the office.
