Now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Commerce team in Belgium!
As Account Manager at CM.com, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients in the Belgian market. Your focus is on building lasting relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring clients get maximum value from the full CM.com platform: messaging channels (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, Email and more) combined with engagement software and Agentic AI.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where you balance commercial ownership with genuine client support.

CM.com brings all major channels together in one platform: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, Viber, Instagram & Facebook Messenger, Apple Messages for Business, WeChat, Line and Telegram.
Every year, billions of messages travel through our systems, from Randstad and Touring Wegenhulp, to email gateways powering global marketing campaigns, and telecom services behind solutions like BMW ConnectedDrive. But channels alone are only half the story.
The real differentiator is what happens on top of them. CM.com's Engage layer is where channels become experiences. HALO, our Agentic AI, connects to a Customer Data Platform that actually knows who your customer is, a Marketing platform that acts on it, and a Customer Service platform that never loses the thread.
