We are looking for a customer-focused and communicative professional with excellent Dutch and basic English skills. This freelance position is open to candidates outside the EU who are seeking flexibility, professional growth, and a supportive international environment. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, deliver high-quality support, and help ensure client satisfaction. We offer excellent growth opportunities and a fully remote work setup.

- You have a stable internet connection (minimum 16,000 DSL) with LAN cable (no WiFi)
- You have a computer/laptop with at least Windows 10
- Optional: a dual-screen setup (or willingness to add one)
- You own a USB headset
