Responsibilities

As a Quality Manager, your day-to-day activities will include to:

  • Manage and maintain collaboration with external clients regarding all quality and performance-related topics.
  • Coordinate and provide functional leadership to the Quality Team while ensuring compliance with defined quality standards.
  • Analyze relevant quality KPIs and derive as well as implement optimization measures at team and project level.
  • Support selection and recruitment processes when required.
  • Lead, motivate, and further develop employees within the area of responsibility.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct coaching sessions as well as continuously monitor performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to training initiatives and continuously develop quality processes and standards.
  • Take on additional tasks to ensure contract-compliant and high-quality service delivery.

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Is fluent in Polish and German with native-like pronunciation and communication skills – able to speak naturally and professionally in both languages.
  • Has basic English skills to communicate with members from the team.
  • Lives in Poland and is looking for a flexible remote position.
  • Has professional experience in a comparable managerial role, ideally within a customer service or contact center environment; experience in training and coaching is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and ability to analyze, model, and interpret data related to quality metrics.
  • High attention to detail, independent and goal-oriented working style; solution-oriented mindset, strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
  • Flexible working hours – Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00 CET
