Credit Manager

CNS Group is seeking an experienced Credit Manager to oversee credit risk assessment and lending operations within the Banking sector. The role is responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, managing loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and minimizing credit risk while supporting business growth.

• →Assess and evaluate credit applications for individuals and corporate clients.
• →Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and creditworthiness of clients.
• →Approve or recommend loan applications in line with credit policies.
• →Monitor loan portfolios and ensure timely repayments.
• →Identify and mitigate credit risks and potential defaults.
• →Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
• →Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• →Prepare credit reports and portfolio performance analysis.
• →Work closely with relationship managers and business units.
• →Manage loan restructuring and recovery processes where necessary.
• →Maintain accurate credit documentation and records.
• →Stay updated on market trends and credit risk developments.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in credit analysis or credit management.
• Strong experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of lending procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage loan portfolios and credit risk effectively.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
