General Manager Property Management

The General Manager - Property Management is responsible for overseeing, strategizing, and managing all real estate operations, including property development, leasing, sales, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance. The GM ensures that the company's real estate portfolio is efficiently managed, profitable, and aligned with organizational goals.

• →Provide strategic leadership in real estate, property management, and development projects.
• →Oversee leasing, sales, tenant management, and customer service excellence.
• →Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the real estate portfolio.
• →Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• →Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and maintenance operations.
• →Identify investment opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.
• →Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency.
• →Monitor property market trends and provide strategic insights.
• →Drive occupancy rates, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.
• →Recruit, mentor, and supervise departmental staff.

• Master's degree in real estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate and property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• International exposure is required, preferably with proven professional experience in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Strong understanding of real estate regulations, leasing, and property laws.
• Proven experience in managing multiple properties or large developments.
