Legal Associate (2 Positions)

CNS Group is seeking two competent Legal Associates to join a reputable law firm in Dar es Salaam. The role involves supporting legal advisory services, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and assisting in client representation. The ideal candidates should have strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple legal matters effectively.

• →Conduct legal research and provide accurate legal opinions.
• →Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• →Assist in handling litigation matters and court procedures.
• →Support senior lawyers in case preparation and legal strategy.
• →Liaise with clients, courts, and regulatory bodies.
• →Ensure compliance with applicable laws and legal procedures.
• →Maintain proper documentation and case records.
• →Attend client meetings and provide legal support where required.
• →Monitor legal developments and advise accordingly.
• →Handle administrative legal tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
• Law School qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and regulations.
• Experience in legal drafting and documentation.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
