Brindar al cliente la mejor experiencia en cada interacción en los diferentes canales de servicio, através de la correcta utilización de herramientas de trabajo, aplicación de procesos y buenas prácticas de servicio al cliente. A fin de brindar la mejor asesoría y alcanzar las metas establecidas por el departamento.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente (deseable)
• Conocimiento y manejo de computación
• Manejo de Excel Básico
• Disponibilidad de horarios
• Disponibilidad para trabajar desde sitio
