• →Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate relevant products and services.
• →Support pre-sales activities and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
• →Assist partners in resolving technical roadblocks and provide guidance on technical solutions.
• →Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to support sales opportunities.
• →Identify customer needs and recommend competitive solutions aligned with their business requirements.
• →Advise customers and sales teams on the technical aspects of products and services.
• →Conduct training sessions to help clients better understand and utilise the products.
• →Follow up on sales opportunities and enquiries to maintain engagement and build strong customer relationships.
• →Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships with decision-makers at different levels.

• Must have cloud experience, preferably in a technical sales, pre-sales or solution consulting environment.
• Cloud certifications are good to have, such as GCP, Azure or AWS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional and confident in building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
