B2B Sales Specialist (Korean & English Speaker)

• →Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound outreach in a B2B sales environment.
• →Engage prospects, understand business needs, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
• →Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in CRM systems.
• →Support account planning and outbound initiatives involving complex sales motions.
• →Work independently to meet performance targets and contribute to overall pipeline growth.

• Graduation required; college degree strongly preferred

• 2 years minimum in sales capacity / IT sales
• 1 year minimum in account management

• Lead Generation experience in B2B environment
• Read and understand English in written and verbal form
• SAAS sales experience – preferred (good to have)
• Strong written and verbal skills in supported languages
• Strong computer skills (Office + CRM systems)

• Organizational skills: prompt and accurate data entry, handling multiple accounts simultaneously, advanced contact planning, etc.
• Cold-calling skills: ability to approach and engage a new customer quickly with negotiating capabilities
• Business communication skills
• Ability to work independently: drive own personal performance, take ownership of training and skill enhancement, seek continuous quality improvement, etc.
• Account management skills: identifying key buying group, relationship building and maintenance and account planning
• Solution selling skills: manage outbound campaign activity involving complex sale
• Trusted advisor: ability to consult on high-level strategy and overall energy spend
