• →Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries
• →Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
• →Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations
• →Provide excellent customer service
• →Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
• →Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations

• Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch
• Possess excellent organizational, listening and communication skills
• Are detail oriented, open-minded, communicative and adaptable to different types of customers
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

• Salary 22.600 gross/year + up to 3.700 euros gross/year in bonus
