• →High-volume inbound calls - financial and government matters
• →Strict script and compliance adherence
• →Applying financial literacy to guide customers clearly and accurately
• →Maintaining professionalism across a range of conversation types

• 💰  $26.70/hr + Super + Incentives - with pay increases as you expand across business lines
• 🏠  100% permanent Work From Home
• 📅  Monday–Friday only | 7.6hr shifts with rotating start times between 7am–12pm AEST
• 🖥️  Equipment provided (Melbourne CBD collection required)
• 📋  Multiple intake dates across June and July 2026 - apply early, security clearance can take up to a month once submitted

• Professional experience in a role where accuracy, compliance, or financial concepts mattered
• Comfort working within scripted, process-driven environments
• A solid grasp of financial concepts - numbers shouldn’t faze you
• Strong communication, composure, and attention to detail
• Reliable home internet (min. 50Mbps↓ / 20Mbps↑) and a private workspace
