•      Proven experience as a delivery lead / project lead and business analyst on technology projects, ideally involving AI, cloud or automation.

•      Strong requirements-gathering, process-mapping and documentation skills (user stories, BRD / FRD, acceptance criteria).

•      Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams — developers, cloud / platform engineers and security.

•      Working understanding of Microsoft Azure, agentic AI / Copilot solutions and the software delivery lifecycle.

•      Excellent stakeholder-management, facilitation and communication skills with government or enterprise customers.

•      Experience with delivery methodologies (Agile / Scrum and/or waterfall) and project governance.

•      Singapore Citizen who is eligible to obtain and maintain Singapore Government security clearance, and willing to undergo the required MINDEF vetting process.

•      Willingness to work on-site at client premises, including secured MINDEF facilities, as required.

•      Background in software development / engineering before moving into delivery or business-analysis roles.

•      Prior National Service experience.

•      Experience delivering agentic AI or Microsoft Copilot projects.

•      Prior experience working within secured or classified government environments.

•      Delivery or business-analysis certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or CBAP.

•      Additional Microsoft certifications such as Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).

We are seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to act as the delivery lead and business analyst for agentic AI projects. You will own end-to-end delivery of agentic solutions — translating customer needs into clear requirements, coordinating the agentic project team, managing scope, timelines and risks, and ensuring a smooth transition into Day 2 operations. Combining business analysis with technical delivery leadership, you will be the primary bridge between the customer, developers, security and the deployment/operations team within a secure government environment.

•      Delivery leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI projects, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks and quality from initiation through go-live and handover.

•      Business analysis: Elicit, document and prioritise business and technical requirements; map current-state and future-state processes; and define use cases and acceptance criteria for agentic solutions.

•      Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer, developers, security and operations teams; facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on outcomes.

•      Solution shaping: Translate customer priorities into solution requirements, user stories and delivery plans, and support solution-design decisions with the technical team.

•      Team coordination: Coordinate the agentic project team, track tasks, remove blockers and ensure on-time delivery.

•      Governance and reporting: Maintain project documentation, status reporting, risk and issue logs, and change control; report progress and outcomes to the customer.

•      Transition to Day 2: Ensure a clean handover from project delivery into Day 2 operations, including runbooks, documentation and knowledge transfer.

•      Quality and compliance: Ensure delivery aligns with customer security, compliance and governance requirements.

The candidate must hold the following Microsoft Azure certifications:

•      Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).

•      Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).

•      Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) — the core certification for designing and building Azure AI and agentic solutions.

Performance in this role will be assessed through periodic performance feedback evaluation provided directly by the customer (MINDEF). The successful candidate is expected to consistently meet the customer's quality, delivery, and professionalism standards throughout the engagement.
