~1 min readConcentrix is looking for a Product Owner, Digital Experience to help shape and deliver customer-focused digital solutions across mobile, web, marketing campaign, and API-enabled experiences. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Agile delivery teams to translate complex needs into clear, actionable delivery objects that create measurable value.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is a strong communicator, comfortable working through ambiguity, and energized by product thinking, story refinement, technical documentation, triaging, and collaboration across business and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner on digital experience projects, representing business priorities and customer needs throughout delivery.
- Capture, clarify, and document business and technical requirements, aligning workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables as appropriate.
- Translate requirements into Agile delivery objects, including Epics, Features, Capabilities, and Stories.
- Leverage ATDD and BDD practices to help define clear acceptance criteria and support high-quality delivery.
- Participate actively in refinement meetings as the business representative, collaborating with scrum teams to ensure work items meet the Definition of Ready.
- Review and accept delivery objects that meet the Definition of Done.
- Partner with delivery teams on lower-level design discussions, API requirements, integration needs, and technical documentation.
- Apply a product mindset across adoption, measurement, performance, operations, integrations, value creation, and roadmap alignment.
- Support triaging activities by helping assess issues, clarify expected behavior, review logs, and coordinate next steps with the appropriate teams.
- Use tools such as Splunk to review logs and support issue investigation where applicable.
- Provide relevant, timely, and concise status updates on progress, risks, blockers, and delivery outcomes.
- Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies, including refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily collaboration as needed.
- Build strong relationships with business, client-facing, technical, UX, and delivery stakeholders to support alignment and successful execution.
Qualifications
- Degree in user design, business, associated technical fields, or Agile SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner certification.
- Demonstrated understanding of Product Management processes, strategies, methods, and Product Owner responsibilities within Agile SAFe environments.
- Experience working in a user experience and product-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of mobile, web, and marketing campaign technologies.
- Must have experience with REST API design and API-driven delivery.
- Ability to understand lower-level design concepts and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience with story refinement, backlog management, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience creating or contributing to clear technical and product documentation.
- Experience with triaging issues and supporting investigation across business and technical teams.
- Splunk log review experience strongly preferred.
- Outstanding client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear direction.
- Telecom domain experience is a strong plus.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve and collaboration is key.
The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $120,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
