  • Automate routine analytical processes and digitize workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and enable business professionals to focus on higher-value decision-making.
  • Develop and enhance dynamic dashboards and analytical tools that enable users to monitor key business, claims and financial performance trends on demand.
  • Partner with IT and data teams to improve data accessibility, centralization and scalability, and to support the implementation of analytical solutions in a production environment.
  • Ensure analytical and AI solutions comply with established data standards, Model Risk Management requirements and AI Governance practices, including appropriate human oversight.

  • You have a university degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or another relevant STEM discipline.
  • You have six to nine years of relevant experience in data science, advanced analytics or a related field, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • You have demonstrated experience in predictive analytics such as machine learning and large language models.

  • You have the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear business insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You have demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with actuarial, underwriting, claims, sales, IT, risk management and governance partners while managing competing priorities.

  • You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.
  • You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.
