We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC, or LPC) to join our team. This position is an integral part of an innovative, collaborative healthcare model that brings together primary care and behavioral health to improve the health and well-being of individuals and families in our communities.
As a member of our integrated care team, you will work closely with medical providers, care coordinators, and support staff to deliver whole person care in a medical neighborhood model. Services may include support for patients seen in our clinics as well as our school-based clinic sites serving children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining meaningful collaboration with healthcare teams throughout our service area. Candidates must reside within the state of North Dakota.
The Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor will provide services that involve the principles of human development, learning therapy, psychotherapy, group dynamics and the etiology of mental illness and dysfunctional behavior to individuals, couples, families, and groups for the purpose of promoting optimal mental health, dealing with normal problems of living, and treating psychopathic disorders. The Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor will work with other team members to address other social risk needs of patients and will utilize area referral network and resources for needed emergencies or advanced psychiatric assessment and services.

- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other related behavioral health field
- Current North Dakota licensure as one of the following:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Ability to obtain credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial Insurance carriers.
- Experience providing behavioral health services across diverse populations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical documentation skills.
- Must reside in North Dakota.
- Full-Time Position
- Remote work eligible, candidate must reside within North Dakota.
- Occasional travel may be required for training, team meetings, outreach, or support of clinic and school-based health center activities.
