Responsibilities

→Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
→Assist customers with product selection and answer their questions
→Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
→Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bakery
→Support merchandising and marketing initiatives
→Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Requirements

A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Reliability and punctuality
Experience in retail or customer service is an asset but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
