About the role 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee BA to support our project teams in gathering requirements, customer facing, coordinating stakeholders, and contributing to impactful software solutions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and work in a dynamic, AI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Coordinating various business/technical activities with cross-functional teams.
• Attending meetings to understand project objectives and scope.
• Helping to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Supporting the creation of project documentation.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices, tools, and methodologies within the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 6-12 months of similar experience preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
