About the role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst to support our project teams in gathering requirements, customer facing, coordinating stakeholders, and contributing to impactful software solutions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and work in a dynamic, AI-driven environment.

Responsibilities :

• Gathering and documenting business requirements from clients and internal teams.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings to understand project needs and objectives.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, developers, and other teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Prepare meeting notes, requirement documents, and other project-related documentation.
• Support project coordination and follow up on tasks and action items.
• Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Conduct basic research and analysis to support project activities.
• Contribute to improving business analysis processes and practices.
  

Requirements :

• 6–12 months of prior experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confidence in interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic knowledge of software development concepts is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in customer engagement and business analysis.
