Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and courteous welcome
→
Manage reservations and walk-in seating using the restaurant’s reservation system
→
Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating rotation
→
Communicate effectively with servers, management, and kitchen staff to maintain flow and guest satisfaction

Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurant and menu
→
Maintain a tidy and organized host stand and entrance area

Prior hosting or front-of-house experience in a fine dining or upscale environment preferred
Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest service
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A polished appearance and a warm, welcoming attitude
