We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and spiritually vibrant Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Practicum Student to join our team. The successful candidate will provide professional clinical mental health services from a biblically informed perspective, addressing the emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of clients. • Case Management & Collaboration: Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, community resources, and church leadership (while maintaining confidentiality and ethical guidelines) to ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records and progress notes in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed, referring clients to external resources, such as inpatient programs, when necessary.
  • Professional Development: Participate in regular clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in both clinical and Christian counseling.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the community and other systems.
