Barista : Up To $21 Per Hour + Tips

Premium Pay. MSP! Starting pay for Team Members is $17.00!

Team Members that can open at 3:30am or 4:00am (depending on location) earn up to $2.00 more per hour for their entire shift.

Transportation Expense- MSP pays for a monthly parking pass for drivers. Up to $40.00 in reimbursements for public transportation. (Bus fee’s, Light Rail or App based fee’s)

• →Delivers guest service that builds real connections, active listening, personal attention, and the small moments that make someone's day 
• →Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences
• →Confidently moves between barista, greeter, and any other role the shift calls for, ready to take 
  on whatever task is needed in the moment 
• →Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling, safety, and 
  security standards 
• →Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting Caribou's operating 
  standards for quality and safety 
• →Anticipates what's needed next for a Guest or a teammate and acts on it before being asked 
• →Makes recommendations to Guests grounded in real product knowledge, not just a script 
• →Knows the difference between a problem to solve on the spot and one that calls for a leader, 
  and asks for support accordingly 
• →Takes direction from leaders and understands the team is balancing multiple priorities at once
• →Shows up for every scheduled shift on time and ready to go, maintaining reliable, consistent 
  attendance

Required:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team

Preferred:

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.
