Senior Product Designer - CoinGlass

About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Coinglass, you will own the end-to-end product experience and interface design for core Coinglass products, while also contributing graphic and visual design across brand, marketing, and product-facing materials. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn complex crypto derivatives, market data, and on-chain data into clear, intuitive, trustworthy, and visually compelling experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end product design for Coinglass core products, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, UI design, and usability validation.
2. Translate complex derivatives data, funding rates, open interest, liquidations, contract metrics, and on-chain/market data into clear and efficient user interfaces.
3. Support brand and marketing visual design, including in-product illustrations, website pages, social media assets, presentations, event materials, and brand communications.
4. Represent the voice of the user by leveraging user feedback, behavioral data, and usability testing to continuously improve product experience.
5. Collaborate with product, engineering, data, marketing, and growth teams to ensure design solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
6. Contribute to the Coinglass design system by maintaining consistent UI components, visual standards, icon systems, and design guidelines.
7. Participate in design reviews, candidate evaluations, and onboarding to help raise the overall design bar.

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of product/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
3. Proven graphic/visual design experience, including brand visuals, marketing materials, illustrations, or campaign design.
4. Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
5. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability, responsive design, and design systems.
6. Ability to simplify complex data products and crypto/financial concepts into clear user flows and interfaces.
7. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Experience collaborating with remote, cross-regional product and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in crypto, derivatives, exchanges, data platforms, or fintech products.
- Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, real-time charts, or trading-related interfaces.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems.
- Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Prior experience in high-growth startups or global product teams is a plus.
