Senior Director, Cloud Architecture

​The Senior Director, Cloud Architecture plays a critical role in enabling Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation by ensuring that cloud architecture decisions are optimized for business value, cost efficiency, and scalability. Reporting into the Senior Director, Global Cloud Platforms, this role connects architecture strategy with financial accountability, ensuring that cloud platforms deliver measurable outcomes aligned with enterprise priorities. 

This leader is responsible for integrating financial operations (FinOps) principles into cloud architecture, enabling transparency, governance, and optimization across cloud investments. The role ensures that architecture design, platform standardization, and engineering practices are closely aligned with cost efficiency, performance, and sustainability objectives. 

Working across a highly matrixed global organization, the Senior Director partners with platform engineering, finance, Digital Product, Data & AI, and Operating Units to embed cost‑aware decision‑making into architecture practices. This role drives the adoption of standardized, reusable, and scalable cloud solutions while ensuring that financial discipline is embedded into the digital growth engine. 

This position influences enterprise‑wide behaviors around cloud consumption, cost accountability, and value realization, ensuring that cloud is not only a technology enabler but a strategic driver of productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
