Responsibilities

- →15+ years in design experience, encompassing creative design generation, brand & consumer strategy, and agency creative team management.
- Proficient in creative strategy, Brand narrative and creative platforms, brand voice and identity development and execution.
- Setting the tone for our brands and being a tastemaker and gatekeeper of our creative outputs cross every single execution.
- Modern marketing techniques, culturally savvy and deep platform knowledge.
- Experience across all creative touchpoints inclusive of digital, social and shopper with an emphasis on ensuring “fit for channel”
- Proven ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across functions, global stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrated capability as a change agent, skilled in unifying brand experiences and defining necessary capabilities for elevating consumer experiences.
- A leader with a track record of fostering high team engagement.
- Capable of managing cross-functional projects with proficiency in navigating agile, networked environments.
