As Senior Manager, Technical Operations Argentina & Uruguay, you will translate market and franchise technical strategies into effective execution across assigned bottlers, territories, and plants, with primary focus on Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE), innovation, commercialization, technical governance, and related capability-building priorities.

You will work closely with bottling partners and internal stakeholders to protect product quality and food safety, strengthen environmental and safety performance, accelerate innovation and commercialization, ensure technical compliance, and build the capabilities required for sustainable execution. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other functions where technical priorities require integration, without owning the full end-to-end supply chain agenda.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with the ability to identify risks and opportunities, develop recommendations, and shape local QSE, innovation, commercialization, and technical capability strategies based on performance data, technical expertise, and bottler needs.

Strategy Deployment and Operational Planning

  • →Translate Technical Operations priorities into actionable execution plans for assigned bottlers, territories, and plants, including deliverables, milestones, owners, performance indicators, risks, and follow-up routines.
  • →Provide technical leadership primarily across QSE, innovation, commercialization, technical governance, and capability-building priorities, acting as the principal execution arm for the agreed market, franchise, and plant-level technical agenda.
  • →Use technical insights, QSE and innovation performance data, and bottler needs to identify risks and opportunities and recommend local, bottler, plant, or workstream strategies that contribute to the broader Technical Operations agenda.
  • →Own execution of the QSE, innovation, commercialization, technical governance, and capability priorities required to support the annual business plan for the assigned scope.

Technical, QSE, and Bottler Performance

  • →Drive technical performance improvement with assigned bottlers and plants, with emphasis on QSE scores, product quality and food safety, environmental and safety performance, technical compliance, commercialization readiness, and closure of critical technical gaps.
  • →Set challenging technical performance goals, monitor results, identify gaps, and coordinate recovery plans with bottler and internal stakeholders.
  • →Drive the definition, execution, and closure of corrective and preventive action plans in coordination with bottler teams and relevant TI&SC functions.
  • →Identify root causes and mobilize the appropriate technical expertise to resolve quality, food safety, safety, environmental, commercialization, and other technical performance issues.

Innovation, Commercialization, and Technical Value Creation

  • →Identify, structure, and execute technical productivity and value-creation initiatives related to QSE, innovation, commercialization, process capability, and technical performance, ensuring appropriate tracking of implementation and results.
  • →Coordinate the execution of innovation and commercialization plans with bottlers, CPS, R&D, suppliers, copackers, and internal functions.
  • →Translate innovation and commercialization priorities into integrated local plans, identifying operational requirements, dependencies, risks, and readiness gaps.
  • →Promote and deploy digital solutions that improve QSE management, technical governance, commercialization readiness, decision-making, and technical performance.

Technical Risk, Continuity, and Problem-Solving

  • →Act as the primary contact for QSE, innovation, commercialization, and related technical priorities in assigned bottlers or territories, coordinating troubleshooting, cross-functional corrective actions, and immediate technical responses.
  • →Lead the technical contribution to contingency and business continuity plans, coordinating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QSE, and bottling partners while full end-to-end supply planning remains with the relevant functional owners.
  • →Maintain an updated view of QSE, innovation, commercialization, compliance, and other technical risks, ensuring that mitigation actions are clearly defined, assigned, and followed through.
  • →Resolve operational issues within established strategies and governance frameworks, escalating systemic risks, significant business trade-offs, major investment requirements, or issues with broader market implications.

Collaboration and Capability Building

  • →Build strong working relationships with bottling partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across QSE, R&D, SRA, GDI, CPS, Growth Functions, Finance, and other relevant functions.
  • →Influence operational decisions through technical credibility, data, collaboration, and a strong understanding of bottler priorities.
  • →Support the development of bottler capabilities in QSE systems, innovation and commercialization processes, technical governance, infrastructure, people, operating practices, and continuous improvement.
  • →Share operational learning and best practices across bottlers, plants, territories, and TI&SC teams.
  • This is an individual-contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership responsibility.
  • The Manager will lead projects, working teams, and operational agendas through influence, collaboration, technical credibility, and effective stakeholder management.
  • The role is primarily accountable for deployment of the QSE, innovation, commercialization, and technical capability agenda, including execution, performance improvement, and technical problem resolution within its assigned scope. It contributes to broader supply chain and manufacturing priorities where technical integration is required, but does not own the full end-to-end scope.
  • The Manager is also expected to contribute to strategy by identifying opportunities, developing recommendations, and proposing local or workstream approaches based on operational insights.
