Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the The Coca-Cola Company system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end to end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain based, product centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

The Senior Manager, Technology Delivery Lead plays a critical role in accelerating Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation by ensuring the successful delivery of technology products, platforms, and solutions that create measurable business value. Working within the Digital organization, this role serves as the bridge between business priorities, product strategy, and technology execution, enabling the delivery of scalable digital capabilities across Functions, Operating Units, and the broader Coca‑Cola system.

This leader is responsible for orchestrating complex technology initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment to business outcomes, enterprise architecture standards, data strategies, and artificial intelligence-enabled opportunities. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, disciplined delivery management, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable technology roadmaps that improve speed, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Success in this role will require a combination of delivery excellence, technology fluency, stakeholder influence, and a strong focus on value realization. The Senior Manager, Technology Delivery Lead will help advance a product-centric operating model while fostering modern ways of working that accelerate innovation, adoption, and business impact.
