Colorado Autism Consultants is dedicated to overcoming barriers to make transformational ABA therapy equally accessible throughout our state. We're looking for Behavior Technicians with a strong work ethic and a connection to our mission. If you are a natural caregiver or someone with a passion for teaching individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities we encourage you to apply.
As a Registered Behavior Technician, your primary responsibilities are to provide ABA therapy under direction of a BCBA to individuals with a wide range of developmental, social, and emotional diagnosis. That therapy is tailored to each individual, centered around their interests, and rooted in practices that ensure results. Therapy is delivered primarily at our location in Lamar. Opportunities for generalization within client's homes, communities, schools, day programs, and telehealth are also available. If you are not already an RBT, we provide paid training! Following this, you can follow a clear career advancement path that includes all necessary training, supervision, and even tuition assistance toward an eventual BCaBA or BCBA certification if you choose!
Our Registered Apprenticeship Program is specifically tailored to those working to get their BCBA. We offer the supervision, mentorship, hands-on experience, and tuition assistance required to become a future BCBA within our organization. You will work closely with a designated BCBA supervisor to engage in a skills training program that will prepare you for a successful career as a BCBA, both in the field and within our organization.
