Business Expert DBM (m/f/d)

• Analyzing and evaluating business requirements from both functional and technical perspectives, identifying dependencies, risks, and impacts on existing systems and processes
• Analyzing REST APIs, system integrations, and data flows to assess business needs, evaluate solution options, and support incident investigations
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and stakeholders to define and continuously improve digital banking solutions
• Translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications
• Coordinating requirements clarification and solution discussions across multiple teams and systems within the Daily Banking landscape
• Driving continuous improvement of processes, documentation standards, and solution quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements
• Supporting backlog management, sprint planning, workshops, and strategic initiatives related to daily banking services

The Daily Banking Middletier cluster shapes the digital banking experience for millions of retail and corporate customers. With around 20 specialized teams across four locations, we are responsible for the core backend and middletier services behind online and mobile banking, ensuring security, high availability, and regulatory compliance.
