Business Expert/Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d) - Payment Transactions (SWIFT)

In your role as Business Expert/Technical Analyst for cross-border payments you will be part of our vision to further digitalize and optimize the payment processing and improve existing workflows for our internal customers with innovative technologies. As BE responsible in this business area you will be able to drive this change and define adequate solutions. You will analyze, design, and optimizing message flows and system integrations within in the cross-border payments domain. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between internal applications and Swift services.

You will translate business and technical requirements into implementable solutions including interface specifications, message mappings, and integration concepts. You ensure that Swift messages are processed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Working closely with business units, IT Teams and and external vendors you contribute to the stability, reliability and continuous improvement of Swift-based payment processing.

You will work with modern IT infrastructure and tools in an agile product development environment. Furthermore you will coordinate necessary communication including 3rd level support with our main stakeholders, i.e. private, corporates/ financial institutions segments and our backoffice units.
