The Paraprofessional for School Age Program will foster a safe and supportive environment in the After-School program for children with learning, emotional, or behavioral challenges. The role focuses on providing individualized support to help these children successfully integrate into the program.

Responsibilities

→High School diploma or equivalent required.
→Experience working with school-age children in an educational or childcare setting is required.
→Ability to engage and connect positively with individual children.
→Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
→Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
→Ability to pass background check which includes fingerprinting.
→Recent physical exam and proof of MMR vaccination are required.
→Availability from 2-6 PM on most weekdays is essential.

Requirements
