Graveyard Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a graveyard shift Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving others and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all residents. The shift is 11 pm to 9 am Wednesday thru Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Ensure that all residents receive appropriate care and support, including medical and behavioral needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
• Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a State of Oregon conducted background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
