start-up environment. This position requires broad expertise in battery cell design, the
ability to navigate ambiguity, and a commitment to developing cutting-edge energy
storage solutions.
Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of lithium-ion battery cells,
focusing on performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. - →
Make critical decisions in complex and ambiguous situations to guide product
development and strategy. - →
Oversee cell fabrication, testing, and performance validation, ensuring
scalability and manufacturability. - →
Conduct in-depth analysis of materials, chemistries, and failure mechanisms to
improve cell performance. - →
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing
teams to meet project milestones. - →
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering technical growth

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain
competitive advantage.
Requirements

field, with 10+ years of experience in lithium-ion battery development.Extensive knowledge of cell design, electrochemical principles, and materials
