Clinical Program Director, Compass Behavioral Health Services
Quick Summary
Provide clinical oversight and direct supervision for Clinical Supervisors and Therapist IIs, ensuring BBS compliance, guiding case assignments, and stepping in as backup supervisor when needed.
Licensure: Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential required. Must be in good standing with CA state licensing board.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Licensure: Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential required. Must be in good standing with CA state licensing board. Valid license in CA required at start date.
- →At least 2 years of clinical supervision experience
- →At least 3 years of program management experience
- →At least 3 years of experience supervising teams
- →Knowledge and understanding of diagnosis, terminology, and record charting standards
- →Extensive experience with behavioral health services, including crisis intervention, developmental theory, trauma informed care, etc.
- →Experience with program implementation and design, and project management.
- →Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- →Experience working with low-income or unhoused individuals or families.
- →Deep commitment to and demonstrated success, discussing, integrating, and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging throughout a complex and dynamic organization.
We’re especially interested in candidates with:
- →Experience with Medi-Cal billing and procedures
- →Fluency in Spanish
