Banquet Bartender

As a Banquet Bartender you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service during events, including receptions, meetings, trainings, and social gatherings. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and craft quality beverages. 

• → Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies,     service procedures, and Brand standards. 

• → Assist with event setup, bar execution, breakdown, and cleaning. 

• → Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events. 

• → Greet guests warmly and ensure all service needs are met throughout the event. 

• → Communicate effectively with guests and answer beverage-related questions. 

• → Take beverage orders and prepare cocktails accurately and efficiently. 

• → Understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure all liquor, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverage inventory are accurately counted at the end of each event. 

• → Anticipate guest needs and monitor overall satisfaction with service.
