Responsibilities

- โGreet and check in members and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- โAnswer questions regarding membership plans, benefits, and renewals
- โAssist with new member registration and onboarding
- โMaintain accurate member records in the database
- โFront Desk Operations
- โManage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- โEnsure reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
- โMonitor visitor access and enforce safety protocols
- โAdministrative Duties
- โProcess payments and issue receipts for memberships
- โPrepare reports on membership statistics and trends
- โSchedule appointments and coordinate meeting spaces
- โHandle mail, deliveries, and internal communications
- โTeam Collaboration
- โWork closely with the Membership Manager and other departments
- โSupport events and promotional activities related to membership growth
- โProvide feedback and suggestions to improve member experience
Requirements

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software and membership management systems
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
