Our client is the risk management of an international bank in Geneva. We are searching for a process risk specialist (m, f, d) as an

Managing, reviewing, investigating and reporting on external operational risk events as a second line of defence / Analysing operational risk incidents and tracking remedial actions and follow-up with owners to update on progress / Producing operational risk management information reports / Managing operational risks and maintenance or optimization of a solid risk framework / Monitoring of 2nd line operational risk control function through design, execution, and continual improvement initiatives / Generating of 2nd line reports on external operational risks for the Head of Risk Management / Supporting the further development of the infrastructure for 2nd line operational risk control / Leading operational risk projects and support risk process initiatives / Ad hoc projects.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics / CIA, CISA or CPA, as an advantage / Experience in process risk management and ideally, knowledge of the DORA regulation / Work experience in one of the Big4 companies with focus on risk processes or in an international bank / Knowledge of risk processes, internal controls, etc. / Analytical, teamorientend personality / Outstanding work and organizational skills / Ability to communicate, liaise and work with other departments / Curious and challenging mindset / Strong team player and capacity to work with other units based in several locations / Ability to work under pressure and to take clear decisions / Presentation and communication skills / IT flair, MS Office, Excel etc. / French as well as English.
