Description

Conifer Park is looking for novel clinicians who are ready to change lives in our licensed facility located in Glenville, NY. We provide Inpatient treatment, with cutting edge support for those struggling with substance-use-disorder (SUD). A Conifer Park clinician provides comprehensive clinical case management services that include: assessments; individual, group and family treatment; treatment plan coordination; discharge planning; and intervention with client support systems, including social service programs and managed care.

5,000k Sign-on bonus eligible

Tuesdays - Saturdays 10:00am - 6:30pm

Tuesdays - Saturdays 8:00am - 4:30pm

Mondays - Fridays 8:00am - 4:30pm

Sundays - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• →Required qualifications are CASAC-T, CASAC certification or LMSW, LMHC
• →Experience working specifically with Inpatient substance abuse counseling preferred
• →Bilingual Language Speakers Preferred
