Billing Setup Assistant Team Lead

Direct and mentor the NAS Team to exceed department and client expectations. As the Assistant Team Lead, you will be on the front lines helping resolve escalated issues as you work directly with upper management and account managers. • →Respond to questions and issues within your team
• →Quality Control of Team's Peer & Billing QCs
• →Monitor scheduling (breaks, vacations, call-ins)
• →Gather, analyze & complete SOE Data
• →Address concerns & or positive feedback in a timely manner
• →Hold weekly team meetings
• →Support and assist NAS trainers in developing all team members
• →Meet with team members monthly to go over performance
• →Address and coach team members who show performance concerns
• →Motivate your team and those around you to have a positive attitude, better output and a general desire to be the best that they can be

• Desire for advancement
• Minimum of 6 months Experience in New Accounts and QCA certified
