Meter Manager

Meter Managers act as lead Meters point-of-contact for the Account Management team as well as client corporate or regional contacts. Client Managers work to resolve high-level concerns as they relate to submetering and the Meters department. The process includes, but is not limited to, regular client calls, resolution of escalated issues, and client-specific reporting.

• →Assigned a portfolio or client
• →Represent the Meters department in calls and emails with account managers and clients
• →Offer cause and effect explanations to clients for concerns that they have
• →Work closely with Account Managers to ensure that client needs are met
• →Following up with Conservice team members to ensure that solutions are found
• →Participate in internal and (as needed) external phone calls of management groups
• →Delegate client issues to relevant teams (incl. Meter Specialists) in a timely manner to achieve overall SLA’s
• →Follow-up with other teams to ensure that issues are being resolved in a timely manner
• →Determine trends across properties that need resolution
• →Communicate with leadership and clients regarding challenges and then facilitate ideas to resolve
• →Other duties as assigned by leadership

• Proven record of exceptional internal and external communication
• Able to explain a complex idea, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional language
• Able to collaborate with other Meters & Conservice teams to ensure things are done
• Desire to form long lasting relationships with clients
• Talent to stay positive and productive under pressure

• Preferred nine months Meters Department experience
