Program Manager, Leadership Development Programs

In collaboration with the Sr. Manager of Talent Development, the Program Manager, (Leadership) Development Programswill assist in leading, growing and executing organizational leadership development programs. The goal of these programs is to develop and engage talent at all levels, strengthen our culture, and provide ongoing leadership and management development opportunities for our people. This role serves across Talent Development, including organizational and learning & development, partners with HR and business leaders, and works to build leadership capability, confidence and a positive culture through effective leadership programs, facilitation and leadership development and coaching experiences.

This role will lead and manage groups of program participants within the development programs. It is an Individual Contributor position.

This role will also support broader talent and organizational development efforts.

This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development.

• →Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred

• →At least 8-9 years related experience in leadership development, organizational development, training, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• →Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives in large, complex organizations.
• →Direct leadership and management experience preferred
• →Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
• →Experience with learning technologies and software (i.e. Learning Management System, Vimeo, Camtasia, Storyline, Survey software)
• →Certification or training in behavioral and organizational development assessments (i.e. Hogan, Predictive Index, DISC, or other 360 assessments, etc)
