Studio Supervisor

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 58 studios nationwide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be part of our future!

We are looking for a confident, competent and engaged Studio Supervisor for our Newbury Studio. This is a permanent position following a set four-week rolling rota, with flexibility required to support the needs of the business. Additional shifts may be available to cover holidays and absence.

Working Hours – Four-Week Rolling Rota

Week 1 - Tuesday 3pm–9pm; Thursday 3pm–9pm; Saturday 9am–6pm

Week 2 - Tuesday 3pm–9pm; Wednesday 3pm–9pm; Thursday 3pm–9pm; Friday 9am–3pm

Week 3 - Tuesday 3pm–9pm; Thursday 3pm–9pm; Saturday 9am–6pm

Week 4 - Tuesday 3pm–9pm; Wednesday 3pm–9pm; Thursday 3pm–9pm; Friday 9am–3pm

About the Role

As Studio Supervisor, you’ll help create a welcoming, spotless and vibrant studio experience for every customer who walks through the door. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, help the team and deliver exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• GCSE English or an equivalent qualification or demonstrable skill.
• At least one year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for cleaning.
• Experience working towards goals or targets, demonstrated through previous roles or education.
• Ability to attend mandatory training.
• Good time management skills.
• Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges.

Desirable

• Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience or an interest in the health and beauty industry.
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Previous Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience.
