Quality Experienced Starts with People.

At Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., we don't just build great projects. We build careers, relationships, leaders, and communities. If you're looking for more than a job, come help us create something that lasts.

We're seeking an Experienced Commercial Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, values teamwork, and enjoys seeing projects come together from the ground up. If you're a skilled carpenter looking for a company that recognizes your experience, invests in your growth, and values the people behind the work, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
As a Commercial Carpenter, you'll be a key member of our field team, helping deliver high-quality commercial construction projects while maintaining our commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:

  • Performing a variety of commercial carpentry tasks on construction projects.
  • Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Assisting Construction Foremen and Lead Carpenters in all aspects of project execution.
  • Ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout every phase of construction.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment.
  • Expanding your skills through cross-training opportunities, including steel framing.
What We're Looking For:
  • Commercial carpentry experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
  • Willingness to cross-train in steel framing and broaden your construction expertise.
  • Comfort working at varying heights and in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to regularly lift, push, and pull 50-100 lbs.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to continue growing your skills.

At Consolidated, we believe our greatest strength is our people. That's why we've built a culture that supports personal growth, professional development, and meaningful connections.
Quality Experienced Starts with People. We are proud of the projects we build, but even more proud of the people who build them.

If you're ready to bring your experience to a company that invests in its people as much as its projects, we'd love to hear from you.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer that offers a comprehensive benefit package including and not limited to: Paid Time Off, Health and Dental Insurance, Health Spending Accounts, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and Fitness and Tuition Reimbursements.
