Communications PR Intern

The Communications PR Intern will support employee communications, public relations activities, content development, and special projects that help strengthen employee engagement and enhance the Constellis brand. This position provides hands-on experience working with Human Resources and Marketing & Communications professionals in a fast-paced corporate environment.

• →Assist in drafting and editing internal communications, employee announcements, and executive messages.
• →Support the development of press releases, articles, employee spotlights, and other written content.
• →Help maintain and update intranet content and internal communication channels.
• →Support communication planning for company events, campaigns, and special projects.
• →Create basic presentations and communication materials using approved brand standards.
• →Assist with content organization, proofreading, and project tracking.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Interest in corporate communications, public relations, employee engagement, and content creation.

• Two to three writing samples (articles, press releases, newsletters, blogs, academic work, etc.)
• One to three design samples demonstrating layout, presentation, social media, digital, or graphic design capabilities (not required)

• Real-world experience supporting communications and public relations initiatives within a global security and risk management company.
• Exposure to executive communications, employee engagement programs, media relations, and corporate branding.
• Mentorship from experienced Human Resources, Marketing, and Communications professionals.
