Senior Consultant – Data Architecture & Metadata Management

• →Lead enterprise data architecture initiatives supporting strategic business and regulatory programs.
• →Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business capabilities and enterprise objectives.
• →Lead metadata management and data governance initiatives, including business glossary development, data lineage, stewardship models, ownership frameworks, and enterprise data catalog implementation.
• →Partner with business, technology, architecture, analytics, and regulatory stakeholders to translate complex data concepts into practical business solutions and executive recommendations.
• →Conduct current-state assessments, develop future-state roadmaps, and produce executive-ready architecture documentation and client deliverables.
• →Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure enterprise data architecture aligns with business requirements and technology platforms.
• →Support enterprise regulatory, risk, and compliance initiatives through effective data architecture, metadata management, and governance practices.
• →Provide technical leadership, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience in enterprise data management, data architecture, metadata management, or data governance.
• Experience delivering enterprise data initiatives within financial services or other highly regulated industries.

• Understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures, and cloud data management principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality consulting engagements.

• Previous management consulting experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise regulatory, risk, compliance, or data transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of BCBS 239, enterprise data governance frameworks, metadata management, or enterprise data operating models.
• CDMC (Cloud Data Management Capabilities) certification or related certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
