On-Site Interpreters – Multiple Languages (USA)

At ContactLink Solutions (CLS), we are seeking skilled and professional interpreters across the United States to support in-person interpretation assignments in various locations.

We welcome applications from interpreters fluent in English and one or more additional languages who are passionate about facilitating effective communication and providing high-quality interpretation services.

As an on-site interpreter, you will play an essential role in bridging language barriers and ensuring accurate communication between individuals in professional settings.

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language

• Must be based in the United States

• Minimum 1 year of professional interpretation experience

• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills

• Strong interpersonal communication and cultural awareness

• Ability to accurately convey messages without omissions, additions, or alterations

• Professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to interpretation protocols

• Ability to travel to assigned on-site locations within your area

• Experience in medical, healthcare, legal, or community interpretation is highly valued

• Availability for in-person interpretation assignments

• Reliable transportation to assigned locations

• Ability to maintain professionalism in different work environments

• Flexibility to accommodate assignments based on location and language demand

  Provide accurate and professional face-to-face interpretation between English and your working language(s)

  Facilitate effective communication between clients and individuals with limited English proficiency

  Maintain confidentiality and follow the interpreter's code of ethics

  Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism during assignments

  Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary, particularly healthcare and medical terminology

  Communicate effectively with the coordination team regarding assignment availability
