Bessie - Senior Floor Team - Part Time

The Role
Bessie is looking for a natural born leader who loves serving customers, and will set the standard for the rest of the floor team. You'll have a track record of hosting customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent service, and are knowledgeable on the food, wine, and cocktails we serve.

We are looking for a Front of House superstars to work approximately 10 - 15 hours per week, weekends essential. There is also an option for strong candidates to progress into management and have full time hours. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing awesome service
  
• Assisting the manager when required.
• Ensuring the floor area and tables are immaculate and set up as per the floor plan.
• Follow all host responsibility systems.

Skills / Experience
We are looking for an energetic, flexible and hard working candidate. 3-4 years of hospitality experience is ideal, with a passion to progress. When starting out with us you will become a pro on the floor and bar, and if willing and keen we will progress you into the management team and take you through all the training required.
